Dayton office of Colliers names senior associate

Todd Cochran has been promoted to senior associate in the Dayton, Ohio, office of Colliers International.

Cochran has represented industrial landlords and tenants on behalf of Colliers since 2014. He has completed 125 commercial real estate transactions including helping with the recent sale of the National Archives Building.

Cochran is an active member of Alpha (Masonic) Lodge 729 in Kettering, Ohio, and BNI International. He also lends his time to Hospice of Dayton volunteering in the supply department. Cochran is a board member of Miami Valley Housing Opportunities, sits on the finance committee of St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Dayton and has served on the Board of Directors at the Dayton Area Board of Realtors.

Prior to working at Colliers and his career in commercial real estate, Cochran was an equine sales professional. Cochran is a graduate of the University of Findlay and earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology and western equestrian studies.
