Holl-Epstein will support DSP’s acquisition and development teams. Prior to joining Dayton Street, he worked at CA Ventures focusing on underwriting ground-up speculative industrial developments.
Holl-Epstein began his career as an analyst for Draper and Kramer assisting with the placement of over $1.8 billion of debt and equity throughout all asset classes in the United States. He graduated with a degree in finance from Marquette University.

Dayton Street continues to grow its business and recently expanded its portfolio with seven logistics related acquisitions in the Southeast including assets in Miami, Orlando, Nashville, Charlotte and Tampa.  The firm also recently broke ground on two new logistics buildings in Atlanta and Houston. DSP will continue to seek out properties that fall in line with its investment strategy, focusing on the high growth regions of the U.S.
