Dayton Street Partners announced plans to develop a 1.61-acre vacant parcel located at 4150 North Knox on the city’s north side.

Dayton Street will begin construction on a 40,000-square-foot warehouse/distribution facility on the land in late fall 2015. It will feature will 30′ clear height, four docks, two drive in docks and T8 lighting. The building will also include approximately 4,000 square feet of office space and parking for 50 vehicles. Completion is expected in summer of 2016.

Companies in the food, distribution and light manufacturing sectors, who are looking for a fresh office/warehouse location with direct access to the City of Chicago and I-90, will find the new structure ideal as it’s located just half a block away from the entrance to the Kennedy Expressway.

Dayton Street has retained Mike Senner and Steve Kohn with Colliers International to oversee the leasing and marketing.
