Cushman & Wakefield announced that Dayton Street Partners’ 1500 W. Carroll Ave. has been 50 percent preleased to Neato Agency, Limitless Coffee and Breather.
Dayton Street acquired West Carroll in 2016 and redeveloped the 38,000-square-foot former industrial property for creative office use. Dayton Street retained Cushman & Wakefield’s Teddy Walsh, Lenora Adds and Andrea Saewitz to lease West Carroll and the adjacent building.
“1500 West Carroll exemplifies the cutting-edge loft office space that start-ups and the creative class crave,” Walsh said in a statement. “Dayton Street delivered an exceptionally designed and finished building that capitalizes on Fulton Market’s urban, sophisticated vibe. This submarket already has shown the ability to draw top tenants, talent and residential development, and it continues to gain momentum.”
The building offers on-site parking, bike parking, a roof-top deck with views of Chicago’s skyline, a glass-walled penthouse lounge and the top-of-building signage.
