DCT renews 204,586-square-foot lease with Plastipak

NAI Hiffman represented DCT Industrial Trust in a long-term lease renewal with Plastipak Packaging Inc. for 204,586 square feet in Alsip.

The facility, located at 12301-12325 S. Laramie Ave., includes 4,500 square feet of office space, 24 exterior docks, with active rail service.

Steve Connolly, SIOR, executive vice president with NAI Hiffman’s industrial Services Group, represented DCT in the transaction.
