In addition, Planey and Josh Waddell of Martin, Goodrich & Waddell represented a private buyer in the purchase of 127 acres located at I-88 and Main Street in Rochelle. Elise Couston and Bill Kerrins of Paine/Wetzel TCN Worldwide represented the seller, Rochelle Joint Venture LLC, in the transaction.
Separately, Advanced Thermal Corp. leased 35,783 SF of industrial space located at 226 Gerry Drive in Wood Dale. Janda and Jeff Galante, principal of Lee & Associates of Illinois, represented building ownership, Cabot Properties Inc., and Danny Steinberg with Domain Properties represented the tenant in the transaction.
