By Stanley Nitzberg

Principal-Mid-America Real Estate Corporation

Born: 1980 or thereafter

Vanished: 2010

Cause of Demise: E-mail Technology resulting in loss of personal interaction, inability to negotiate face to face, loss of focus in meetings, Pavlovian response to chime sounds, and abnormal thumb size.

Bereaved: Clients

Headstone Encryption: YCDBTOYK (You can’t do business tapping on your keyboard)

Eulogy: Loved by the few who actually met him, the sales person was once a gifted communicator who could achieve anything through his personality, wit, charm and power of personal persuasion. In recent years, he was overcome by technological innovations to which he finally succumbed. The sales person was found at his desk, with bloodshot eyes and hands affixed to a keyboard.

Donations: In lieu of battery chargers, donations can be sent c/o: Center for Furthering Personal Communication 2010 Outlook Rim Way Message, CA 12345

He has also closed investment sales for retail projects in these and other areas totaling over $1 billion. Mr. Nitzberg is a six-time recipient of the Chicago Commercial Real Estate Retail Broker of the Year Award.
