The Rubicon Group signed a 7,187-square-foot lease and Clutch Global Logistics signed a 201,425-square-foot lease arranged by Denholtz Associates at Butterfield Office Plaza in Oak Brook, Illinois.
Denholtz also recently completed a $1.24 million renovation project at the Butterfield Office Plaza that includes upgrades to the building’s amenities and overall design.
