Global law firm Dentons named Dave Fenley as counsel in its real estate practice. He guides clients on complex development deals, economic incentives and land use, and he will be resident in the firm’s Kansas City office.
Fenley’s experience includes advising developers, lending institutions and government agencies through the design, implementation and financing of high-profile private and public projects. He lead the corporate relocations of Dairy Farmers of America and tax preparation giant H&R Block; the development of J.E Dunn Construction’s headquarters; and the makeover of the historic President Hotel. Additionally, he led the transactional work for the establishment of the powdered milk processing plant in Garden City. These transactions together total more than $700 million.
