Dermody Properties recently hired Michael Dolan as partner of the Midwest Region, and Timothy Walsh as chief acquisition officer, both based in Chicago.
Dolan will oversee the company’s growth and development across the Midwestern United States, managing all acquisitions, dispositions and developments in the region.
He has 17 years of industrial real estate experience in the greater Chicago and Midwest markets, with an emphasis in development, asset and portfolio management, acquisitions and leasing.
During the course of his career, Dolan has participated in the development and acquisition of more than 20 million square feet of industrial real estate space. He is a licensed managing real estate broker by the State of Illinois and is certified by the Building Owners and Managers Association.
Walsh will manage the company’s acquisition and investment opportunities nationwide.
He has 27 years of industrial real estate experience, with an emphasis in industrial acquisitions and portfolio management. During the course of his career, Nolan has been responsible for the acquisition of 30 million square feet of industrial real estate space with an aggregate value of more than $1.2 billion.
