Dermody Properties in late July broke ground on LogistiCenter at I-65, a 631,336-square-foot industrial development in Shepherdsville, Ken., located in the Louisville metropolitan area.
The building will have an address of 972 Conestoga Parkway in the Settlers Point Business Park, and feature 36-foot clear height, high efficiency T-5 lighting on motion sensors and 2,000 linear feet of exposure on US Interstate-65.
The location is at a full four-way interchange on Interstate-65 at Highway 44, providing access to the greater Louisville market for warehousing and distribution operations.
Located within a 287-acre mature business park, LogistiCenter at I-65 is only 12 miles south of Louisville International Airport, 15 miles south of downtown Louisville and 10 miles from UPS Worldport Hub, the largest UPS sorting facility in the United States.
