West Des Moines, Iowa-based R&R Real Estate Advisors, a subsidiary of R&R Realty Group, recognized its top-producing brokers of 2018 on Jan. 23.

Senior vice president Adam Kaduce was named 2018’s top producer for closing 50 deals and leasing 279,696 square feet of commercial space. For closing 35 deals and leasing more than 107,783 square feet, commercial real estate manager Jonny Bosworth was named 2018’s Rising Star.

“These awards don’t just represent success from a dollars, cents and square footage perspective,” said Paul Rupprecht, president of R&R Real Estate Advisors, in a statement. “They represent how successful a broker is at providing clients with superior service and expertise while following our company’s core values.”

This announcement caps off a successful year for the REA team. In 2018, the team leased more than 314,000 square feet of space to new clients while renewing more than 384,000 square feet of space to customers already within the R&R portfolio.
