Klover Architects will relocate from 10955 Lowell in Overland Park, Kansas, to Copaken Brooks‘ The District at City Center Lenexa in Lenexa, Kansas.
Klover will lease 7,261 square feet of the Penn III building startinng Nov. 1.
Klover is a full-service design firm specializing in retail, mixed-use, office, restaurant and hospitality markets.
When fully developed, Copaken Brooks’ City Center Lenexa will consist of more than 2 million square feet, including civic components for the city of Lenexa, nearly 1 million square feet of office and retail space and 375 residential units.
