Detroit Bikes has signed as the first retail client at The Albert in Detroit, a multi-family project managed by Broder & Sachse that features 127 one- and two-bedroom apartment units.
Detroit Bikes will in the spring become the first retail outlet to enter Detroit’s Capital Park district in seven years.
Detroit Bike employs 16 people and produces 50 bikes a week.
Broder & Sachse plans to announce other retail tenants at The Albert in the coming months. The real estate company expects a total of seven retail tenants, with each store ranging from 800 square feet to 4,500 square feet.
