Sean Jamian has joined the Detroit office of Colliers as vice president.
Jamian specializes in landlord and tenant representation for the office and industrial sectors throughout the metropolitan Detroit area.
Before joining Colliers, Jamian served as senior associate at PA Commercial and vice president of brokerage and advisory services for Dominion Real Estate Advisors. One of his more notable deals is the sale/leaseback of Ultimate Soccer Arenas to United Wholesale Mortgage, a transaction that closed in December of 2020.
