Passage also founded his own commercial cleaning company in 2014. Passage will focus on industrial leasing and sales throughout southeastern Michigan, with a focus on the Interstate 96, Interstate 275 and Livingston County submarkets. The Detroit office has added several key pieces throughout the past year. Steve Kozak, a veteran industrial broker, joined the firm in the spring. In March, the firm acquired the seven-member valuation & advisory team formerly of Terzo & Bologna, increasing the office’s Detroit-area services even more.
