Paul Debono has joined Beanstalk Real Estate Solutions in Detroit as vice president of commercial brokerage and client services.
With more than 25 years of experience in real estate, Debono has worked in investment sales, commercial brokerage, asset management, leasing, development and historic renovation.
A specialist in institutional valuation, Debono produces valuation tools and opinions using Argus, Excel and other software modeling tools for clients. He is a “go-to” resource for market information and quarterly reports. He can assist clients with CRE investment analysis, due diligence administration, opinions of value, lease analysis, new asset transition, disposition and closing management.
