Development has begun on a new 70-acre, Class A industrial business park in the I-55 Corridor, according to Conor Commercial Real Estate, a member of The McShane Companies.
Fountain Square Commerce Center, located in Bolingbrook, Illinois, will consist of four speculative buildings ranging from 109,088 to 320,532 square feet.
The properties will have ample on-site vehicle and truck parking, substantial dock door positions, 32′ clear ceilings, ESFR sprinkler systems as well as office space to-suit. Fountain Square Business Park also features a 12-acre build-to-suit site.
Newmark Grubb Knight Frank’s (NGKF) Brian Carroll, executive managing director, and Jim Cummings, director, will lead the brokerage team assigned to lease the new development.
