Detroit’s Honigman Miller Schwartz and Cohn LLP represented Pebblebrook Hotel Trust in its acquisition of The Tuscan Fisherman’s Wharf, a Best Western Plus Hotel in San Francisco.
The $122 million purchase includes a 221-room hotel, 69-space subterranean parking lot and 84-seat restaurant.
Honigman earlier in the year — late May — led the purchase of Pebblebrook of the $185.5 million LaPlaya Beach Resort & Beach Club, a 189-room full-service resort on six acres of beachfront property in Naples, Florida.
