Detroit-based MayfieldGentry Realty Advisors, LLC recently appointed Carmen Ortiz-McGhee to vice president of Investor Relations and Business Development.
McGhee will provide direct support to the president/chief executive officer on business and investment strategies, including investment research and analysis. She also serves as the primary liaison between MayfieldGentry, the investment community and key business partners. Additionally, McGhee maintains and develops relationships with institutional investors and analysts, while working to ensure that the company’s investment base is consistent with the company’s strategy.
Prior to joining MayfieldGentry, McGhee served as the president of The Marathon Club, where she led the development, execution, monitoring and evolution of new strategic and operational plans addressing the needs of TMC’s private equity, entrepreneurial and senior corporate executive members. Additionally, she managed the capital development, membership recruitment and retention, and board relations for TMC.
