Detroit-based Shelborne Development has hired Jill Ferrari as a partner.
Ferrari will lead pre-development, financing and development activities for the company’s mixed-use real estate projects throughout Southeast Michigan and Florida.
Ferrari is a former non-profit chief executive officer with more than 20 years of experience in community development, private real estate acquisition, legal practice and counseling. She is a former member of the board of directors of CREW Detroit and a judge for the annual CREW Real Estate Impact Awards.
She is also the 2016 winner of the Melvin Simon Award from the International Council of Shopping Centers.
