Prism Development Company, the developer of The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Chicago, has sold its interest in the project to the ownership entity, NM Project Company, LLC.
Bruce Schultz and Jon Rodgers, managing principals at Prism, said that as they are in the sellout phase in the development cycle, they are happy to transfer that role to ownership, allowing them time to develop new projects.
