Church of God North Central Spanish has sold its 10,089-square-foot Iglesia De Dios Church property located in Chicago’s East Village to developer, Mark Sutherland.
The developer has plans to convert the former Church at 1062 N. Ashland into a 34-unit apartment building. It will also have eight parking spaces now that the city approved the zoning change for the new development.
Clark Patterson with Jameson Commercial represented the seller in the transaction.
