Developers Tom Lasse and Terry McGuire of Badger Property Investments in Wisconsin’s Janesville/Beloit area plan to build a 100,000-square-foot industrial flex building at 4298 Capital Circle in Janesville’s Eastside Industrial Park.
This building will set near the pair’s first 150,000-square-foot spec industrial building in the same industrial park.
The developers recently entered into an option with the city of Janesville to purchase the remaining ground next to the building. Construction on the new industrial facility is scheduled to start this spring, with completion planned for September of 2016.
