Choice Hotels International, Inc. recently joined developers Fillmore Capital Partners, Fillmore Hospitality and Murphy Asset Management to announce the debut of two new Cambria hotels & suites projects in Chicago.
One of the Cambria hotels & suites will be located above the historic Ford Center for the Performing Arts Oriental Theatre. The new hotel in Chicago’s CBD is set to open in September 2017, across the street from Block Thirty Seven, and will include 22 stories and 198 rooms.
The other Cambria hotels & suites will be located in the existing MileNorth Hotel in Chicago’s Magnificent Mile. The official rebranding will be completed in mid-2017 and will include 29 stories and 215 rooms.

Designed as a business travel and leisure brand, all Cambria hotels & suites feature a larger lobby to give guests a more social atmosphere; over-sized rooms with flexible spaces; and the latest technology that allows guests to stay connected while they travel.
