JLL announced that Carstens, Allen & Gourley, an intellectual property law firm, signed a 12,500-square-foot lease at One Legacy Circle in Plano, Texas. The law firm now occupies the third floor of the recently renovated Class A office building located at 7500 Dallas Parkway.
Russ Johnson and Lauren Perry of JLL represented the landlord, Franklin Street Properties Corp., and Roy Reis and Jim Hazard of Cresa represented the tenant, Carstens, Allen & Gourley.
Located within walking distance of the Shops at Legacy, the space has abundant retail and entertainment options nearby, along with key visibility from Dallas North Tollway. Amenities include a recently upgraded lobby, tenant lounge and coffee bar, executive board room, and training center.
According to JLL Research, Dallas-Fort Worth’s total vacancy dropped for the first time since Q1 2020 by 1.6 million square feet, 75% of which was Class A product, a sign that flight-to-quality continues to lead the conversation as tenants are relocating to newer office buildings with more amenities.
