The Dickman Company, Inc./CORFAC International closed a lease between landlord KHK Holdings, LLC and Hiram Power Electric LLC.
Hiram will be occupying 20,000 square feet of industrial space at 2811 Carlisle Avenue in Racine, Wisconsin.
