The Dickman Company, Inc./CORFAC International closed the sale of the southern half of the Caterpillar facility in South Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This half of the plant consists of 750,300 square feet at 1022 and 1100 Milwaukee Avenue in South Milwaukee.
1100 Milwaukee Ave, LLC purchased the buildings from OLP JV Milwaukee, LLC.
Samuel M. Dickman, Jr. and Samuel D. Dickman of The Dickman Company, Inc. represented the buyer, and Tom Shephard of Colliers International represented the seller.
