Rosedale Center, a shopping center of more than 1.14 million square feet in Roseville, Minnesota, has signed a lease with DICK’S Sporting Goods.  The retailer will occupy a new building at the parcel formerly occupied by Herberger’s in the Twin Cities market.

The opening of DICK’S Sporting Goods is slated for Late 2024.

Construction of the DICK’S Sporting Goods location has begun.   JLL’s retail development partner, Poag Development Group, is overseeing construction management of the project.

The addition of DICK’S Sporting Goods comes after several new tenant additions to Rosedale Center including Aspen Dental, PNC Bank, Caribou Coffee, Raising Cane’s, Shake Shack and Panera Bread.

Holly Rome, JLL Executive Vice President of National Retail Leasing, leads the leasing effort at Rosedale Center and secured the lease with DICK’S Sporting Goods.
