CB Richard Ellis recently helped several retailers move to The Shops at Liberty Triangle, a new shopping center located in Liberty, Mo.
Dick’s Sporting Goods recently signed a lease with Triangle East LLC, a local development group, to open a new store at The Shops at Liberty Triange. This store is expected to open in the fall of 2011.
In addition, Hy-Vee celebrated the opening of its 81,000-square-foot store in the shopping center in mid-January of this year.
“This is clearly one of the hottest intersections in the entire metro area, said CB Richard Ellis’ David Hickman, the lead broker on the account. “The road infrastructure, huge pull factor from surrounding communities and the abundance of young families and strong employment in the area make this development a focus for retailers looking for a strategic store placement in this trade area.”
In addition to Hy-Vee and Dick’s Sporting Goods, existing tenants within the development include Lowe’s, Chick-fil-A, Starbucks, Texas Roadhouse, Red Robin, Baskin-Robbins, UPS, T-Mobile, Five Guys Burgers, Planet Sub, Vintage Stock, Batteries Plus, Tasty Thai, Sport Clips and Northern Lights Pizza. Small shop space is currently available for lease, as well as pad sites for various uses, including hotels and restaurants.
The CB Richard Ellis team of Adam Lyngar and Hickman negotiated the deals on behalf of the landlord.
