Direct Steel and Construction has been awarded a contract with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs to expand the community living center at the Oscar G. Johnson VA Medical Center in Iron Mountain, Michigan.
The project includes the addition of about 12,300 square feet of new space and the renovation of about 3,500 square feet of existing space on the first floor. The work is expected to be performed through September of 2020.
