Director and market leader of property management joins Columbus office of CBRE

Holly Fuller has joined CBRE as director and market leader of property management in Columbus, Ohio.

In this role, Fuller will lead a team of 106 real estate managers and building engineers overseeing CBRE’s 21.9-million-square-foot portfolio of retail, industrial and office assets across the region.

Fuller brings over 24 years of commercial property management experience to CBRE. Over her career, she has managed more than 450 retail, multifamily and office properties across the U.S., totaling over 5.6 million square feet.

Prior to joining CBRE, Fuller served as a Senior Building Manager at Nationwide Insurance. While there, she was responsible for overseeing the company’s world headquarters buildings, which consist of 2.1 million square feet of high-rise office space in downtown Columbus. She also supervised Nationwide Insurance’s Structural Shop Maintenance team; managed all national accounts regarding janitorial services, café operations, plant maintenance and document shredding; and developed strategic annual company-wide operating budgets.

Additionally, Fuller was named the Building Manager of the Year in 2022 and 2023 by BOMA Columbus, which recognizes building managers from the Columbus market who have demonstrated outstanding contributions to the real estate industry and BOMA. She also has served on the BOMA Columbus Board of Directors since 2022 and received her CPM designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management in 2009.

Fuller holds dual bachelor’s degrees from Franklin University.
