Doug Nysse has joined Colliers International|Wisconsin as director of project and development services. Colliers International|Wisconsin has offices in Milwaukee, Madison and the Fox Valley.
Nysse is responsible for overseeing and executing both individual projects and the continued growth of the service line.
Nysse brings more than 25 years of experience in mixed-use and hospitality development. Some of the projects that Nysse has been involved in locally include the Westin Milwaukee, Kimpton Journeyman and Brookfield Conference Center.
Before joining Colliers, Nysse founded Arrival Partners. He was also previously the vice president of development at White Lodging and spent 17 years at Kahler Slater.
