Director with St. Louis’ Sansone Group named treasurer of SIOR board of directors

The Society of Industrial and Office Realtors® recently elected Scott Savacool, director of brokerage services at Sansone Group in St. Louis, to serve a two-year term on the SIOR Board of Directors as treasurer.

He will assume the position at SIOR’s Fall 2024 conference in Los Angeles this October.

Savacool, an office specialist, has been a member of SIOR since 2011. With over 20 years of commercial real estate experience, he specializes in tenant and landlord representation in the St. Louis office market as well as globally, delivering customized and innovative strategies and solutions that maximize profitability, productivity, flexibility, and culture. He has also been recognized by CoStar as a “St. Louis Power Broker” and by the St. Louis Business Journal as a “Heavy Hitter in Commercial Real Estate”.

Savacool joined Sansone Group’s Office Brokerage Division in 2003. His personal sales and leasing volume averages $28 million annually. Leveraging his SIOR designation, he serves clients in the St. Louis market and globally, having completed transactions in 45 states and Asia.

Savacool graduated from Washington University in St. Louis and is deeply involved in his local SIOR chapter, where he has held various leadership roles, including Secretary, Treasurer, Vice President, and President over the past decade. Beyond SIOR, he contributes to Washington University’s Student Athlete Advisory, serves on the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society Gateway Chapter Board of Trustees, and is a member of the St. Louis Realtors Commercial Data Systems (STLCDS) Board of Directors.
