Distribution Realty Group (“DRG”) and Pearlmark closed on Regent O’Hare Center in Elk Grove Village, Illinois.
Regent O’Hare Center is an eight building, 955,460-square-foot industrial and office portfolio located in the heart of Chicago’s O’Hare Industrial Submarket. The asset was acquired in a joint venture between DRG and one of Pearlmark’s separate accounts. NAI Hiffman has been retained for leasing and management services.
