Michael Lemon with District Capital placed a $7million loan on a 140-bed student housing property at Wayne State University in Detroit.
The loan was closed through a life insurance company correspondent and included a 30-year amortization, locked rate at application, no escrows, no loan covenants, and partial recourse to the sponsors.
