David Dismondy of District Capital closed the acquisition financing of a 142,000-square-foot industrial building in suburban Detroit.
The correspondent life insurance company provided 70% of the purchase price with no performance covenants, escrows or reserves. The rate was locked at application at no additional cost for 75 days.
The loan amount was $3.08 million, while the term was 25 years.
