Hertz Investment Group has signed its newest tenant at 65 E. State in Columbus, Ohio, bringing the Office of the Disciplinary Counsel of the Supreme Court of Ohio to the property this summer.

At more than 10,000 square feet, the Disciplinary Counsel will join tenants Kegler, Brown, Hill & Ritter; Merrill Lynch and Taft Stettinius & Hollister.

Built in 1984, the 495,000-square-foot 26-story property underwent $3 million in renovations, including exterior facade enhancements, a new conference center, fitness center and locker room, updated lobby and elevator cabs, patio renovations and new monument signage.

Greg Schenk and The Schenk Company arranged the lease on behalf of the tenant. Andrew Jameson and Daniel Dunsmoor with Colliers International represented the landlord.
