DKI, North America’s largest disaster restoration contracting organization, recently brought in Patrick Phillips as the new CIO of IT.
Patrick spent 16 years mentoring lean enterprise transformations within IT. A pioneer in his trade, he has created a framework of lean principles that enables IT to stay relevant in an ever-changing landscape. He has created a unique model that blends Lean, Agile, IT and Operations. Early in his career, through extensive research, Patrick identified that IT requires a unique approach to creating its value proposition and maintaining its relevance as business partners. His lean focus allowed him to identify challenges and exploit the opportunities in the rapidly changing service-based business landscape.
