DLR Group, a 100 percent employee owned integrated design firm, recently named 13 new Principals, 24 new Senior Associates, and 50 new Associates. These promotions reward 87 design professionals for their commitment to the firm and willingness to embrace and excel in leadership roles.

The following individuals in the Chicago office were recently appointed as Principals and Associates.
New DLR Group Principals
Ruairi Barnwell leads DLR Group’s entrepreneurial Building Optimization team from Chicago. He works with project is responsible for growing this marketing a contributing his expertise in high performance building design to benefit clients in the firm’s core market sectors.
Jake Davis, AIA, leads DLR Group’s Justice+Civic practice in the Upper Midwest. He is an expert in the design of public safety facilities, collaborating with clients to design sustainable, flexible facilities that meet the changing needs of local communities.
Jason Lembke, AIA, is a K-12 designer with expertise in the planning and design of 21st Century learning environments. He is responsible for design, programming, planning, and project administration for K-12 clients in Illinois and across the upper Midwest.
