Dolan & Murphy Inc. announced the sale of Lot 5 of the Montgomery Business Center, a 16.41 Acre Industrial Lot in the 144-Acre Montgomery Business Center in Montgomery, Illinois.
The property was purchased by Sunway Carriers and then sold by JB Commodities, LLC, the developer of MBC.
Sunway Carriers will develop the site with a 36,000-square-foot office and truck maintenance facility and the remainder of the site will be for truck storage.
The seller was represented by Brian K. Dolan with Dolan & Murphy, Inc. The buyer was represented by Mike DeSerto and Cory Kay, of Entre Commercial Realty.
