Eric Banks, president of brokerage services at DOMINION Real Estate Advisors, represented the buyer, Plymouth Bright Future Management, LLC., in the acquisition of its eighth metropolitan Detroit area IXL Learning Center.
DOMINION acquired Childtime Learning Center at 45678 Helm St. in Plymouth, Michigan. The building is 9,178 square feet.
IXL owns and operates child development center and early educational childcare programs under the IXL Learning Centers brand.
Bright Future Management will operate the property for the benefit of Childtime for the next year before taking over daycare operations.
