Dominium, an apartment development and management company, acquired the Somerset Properties in Willmar, Minn.
The Somerset Properties, built in 2002, consist of 144 units spread across three sites. It will undergo both extensive interior and exterior renovations. The Somerset Properties provides affordable housing through Section 42 tax credits.
