Dominium acquired land for a new affordable housing community in Nashville, Tennessee. Located at 865 W Trinity Lane, Dominium will construct Evermere at Trinity, a thoughtfully designed apartment community that will deliver 233 high-quality, affordable homes to the Nashville area.

Construction of Evermere at Trinity will be completed by Weis Construction and will include a range of resident-focused amenities, including a fitness center, playground, swimming pool and outdoor amenity spaces. Resident homes will include private balconies, full size washer and dryers, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, luxury vinyl wood-plank flooring, walk-in closets, and high-speed internet.

The development is made possible through the Section 42 Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program. Nationwide, LIHTC is the primary resource supporting the construction and long-term preservation of affordable housing. In exchange for these tax credits, developers commit to maintaining rents at levels tied to the Area Median Income (AMI), helping ensure long-term affordability. LIHTC developments play a critical role in strengthening local housing markets by increasing the supply of quality, affordable homes.

Dominium extends its appreciation to its valued development partners, including Freddie Mac, PNC Bank, Colliers, JPMorgan Chase, On Track Ministers Inc., Tennessee Housing Development Agency, Industrial Development Board of Nashville, Davidson County, Winthrop & Weinstine, Smith Gee Studio, Catalyst Design Group, the Metropolitan Development and Housing Agency, Carpenter Law PLLC, Tiber Hudson, Commercial Partners Title, Braun Intertec Corporation, and others, whose collaboration made this project possible.
