Apartment development and management company Dominium has closed on two properties near Cincinnati. Dominium acquired Ashton Pointe Townhomes Homes in Batavia and Country Lake Townhomes in Goshen, both in Ohio.
Ashton Pointe Townhomes, which will be renamed Olive Branch Townhomes, is a 176-unit property. Dominium will perform more than $1 million in capital improvements and deferred maintenance including improvements to the clubhouse, landscaping upgrades, new site signage and parking lot repairs. Additionally, Dominium will make in-unit improvements to each of the units at the property.
Country Lake Townhomes, which will be renamed MeadowView Townhomes, is a 128-unit property located in Goshen, about 30 minutes outside of Cincinnati. Dominium will be investing about $750,000 to perform upgrades to the property and units, including exterior renovations and in-unit amenity upgrades.
