Dominium has hired Trevor Martinez and Ahmed Abdelhameed as staff associates at its Plymouth, Minnesota-based headquarters.
Abdelhameed will assist project partners with new project development, acquisition and financing of multifamily properties. He will prepare and coordinate financing and equity packages while assisting with design processes and construction management of portfolio properties.
In his new role, Martinez analyzes the feasibility of affordable housing acquisition and development projects through financial modeling, underwriting, due diligence execution and community outreach. He will ensure the timely, efficient and cost effective execution of these developments through project management, stakeholder communication and construction administration.
Abdelhameed holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in both Finance and Real Estate. His previous work includes a real estate internship at American Transmission Company and a development internship with Dominium. Martinez holds a bachelor’s degree in management and urban studies from the University of Minnesota. He previously served as a lead consultant at Impact Consulting, with internships at Metro Transit and the Metropolitan Council.
