Dominium adds VP of property management in Dallas office

Dominium hired Nicole McQuarry in its Dallas office as Vice President of Property Management for its Texas portfolio. In this role, McQuarry will oversee all aspects of property management operations across the state, providing strategic leadership to support portfolio performance, operational excellence and resident satisfaction.

McQuarry brings more than 25 years of multifamily housing experience, with a proven track record of leading large-scale residential operations and driving portfolio performance. Throughout her career, she has overseen portfolios of more than 13,000 units and held senior leadership positions focused on operational strategy, team development and asset performance.

Prior to joining Dominium, McQuarry served as Vice President of Property and Asset Management at CooperZadeh, where she specialized in building and leading centralized leasing teams, establishing performance metrics, refining digital and outreach marketing strategies, and ensuring alignment between centralized oversight and site-level execution.
