Dominium will soon begin building an affordable multi-family seniors housing complex in St. Anthony, Minn.
An independent complex specifically for seniors, Legacy at Silver Lake Village will be open to renters at 60 percent of the area median income and rental levels.
Scheduled to be completed by mid-2015, the new construction will add 169 units to Dominium’s existing Minnesota portfolio. The four-story new-construction building will feature underground parking, a brick façade and numerous amenities for residents, including a card and craft rooms, a theater, library, salon, parking, party kitchen and balconies.
“We are very excited to be building a new residential living option in St. Anthony,” said Mark Moorhouse, vice president and partner at Dominium, in a written statement. “This is a great project in a market where Dominium has a lot of experience.”
