Dominium, a Minneapolis-based apartment development and management company, has completed renovations on the Villages of Gallatin Apartments & Townhomes in Gallatin, Tennessee. A grand re-opening celebration is planned for August 9.
The Villages of Gallatin, which offers apartments, townhomes and single-family homes within its two locations, just finished a substantial renovation. Common-area renovations in both locations include an upgraded community clubhouse with large flat-screen television; fitness center; management office; and swimming pool. In addition, both playgrounds were replaced, green space was added and new landscaping was added throughout the community.
Individual unit upgrades include new full-size washer and dryers, upgraded kitchen cabinets, lighting, plumbing fixtures, bathroom hardware and electronic keyless locks.
Villages of Gallatin Apartments & Townhomes consists of 185 units, and was built in 1995.
