Apartment developer Dominium recently celebrated the grand re-opening of Castlewood Apartments in Davenport, Iowa. This event took place May 21.
The re-opening ceremony celebrates the development’s first renovation since it was built in 1980.
To facilitate the capital improvements, Dominium formed a strategic alliance with National Housing Trust-Enterprise Preservation Corporation. This corporation is one of the leading non-profit owners of affordable rental housing in the United States.
Dominium and NHTE acquired the property in 2016.
Interior improvements in the 96 units of Catlewood Apartments include new entry doors, bathroom fixture, bathroom cabinets, kitchen cabinets, light fixtures, flooring and interior door repairs. New exterior amenties include a playground, landscaping, roofing and siding and a complete renovation of the clubhouse.
